SOCIAL PROJECT 2021 : SHARING AND CARING AS A FORM OF HUMANITY

IRPRESUNIV.ORG, CIKARANG – Under the creative works division of President University Major Association of International Relations (PUMA IR) 2021, the event called Social Project has been successfully conducted. Brought the theme “Dream, Act, and Be It!” and consisted of two agendas, which was the webinar and the field agenda. The webinar was held on 10th of July 2021 which raised the topic about “Government Readiness To Implement Hybrid Learning”  and the field agenda was held on 17th of July 2021 at Desa Karangmukti, Kampung Jarakosta, Bekasi Region, West Java.

The webinar was addressed to socialize and spread the information about the open donation, that at last it will be distributed to Kampung Jarakosta to help the people to fulfill their needs especially during this covid 19. The webinar was held with two different platforms, zoom and live streaming youtube. The agenda was opened by the Master of Ceremony and then started to read first all the agendas that will be through on that day. Then, the MC invited the Head of International Relations Study Program, Mr. Dr. Muhammad A.S Hikam M.A, Ph.d to deliver his speech and also officially opened the event. Next turn for speech was from the Chairperson of PUMA IR 2021, Marcelino Timothy. The last speech was delivered by the Project Manager of Social Project 2021, Fauzan Dwi Ashim.

After the speech session, the agenda was to play the video introduction regarding the social project 2021, and was also informing about the open donation scheme. Continued to the awaited session, which was the material session that was led by the moderator, Massimo Nicolin. The material session was presented by two amazing speakers, first was Ms.Grace Amialia Anfetonanda, S.Pd.Gr.,M.Pd., the PSTE Lecturer at President University with the topic about “The Education Before and After Pandemic”. Next to the second speaker, brought the topic about “Government Steps Towards Hybrid Learning” was delivered by Muhammad Haebad Rizki, the founder and CEO of Youth Miles Indonesia. The material session was run very well and full of excitement, proved when it comes to the question and answer session, so many questions that were accepted both from the zoom meeting and youtube live stream. Finally, the webinar arrived at the last agenda, which was the certification for both speakers, and then the photo session with all of the participants.

As stated above, the agenda also consists of the field offline agenda, successfully conducted on 17th of July 2021. However, because of the PPKM Policy it took us the limitation to hold the activity, still, the donations that have been gathered can be distributed directly to Kampung Jarakosta. We hope that the donations will be help the people notably during this pandemic and for the development of the village itself.
