IR Company Visit 2017: PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia

IRPRESUNIV.ORG, CIKARANG– Tuesday (18/07/2017), Foreign Affairs Division of President University Major Association of International Relations (PUMA IR) conducted IR Company Visit 2017. Company visit is a periodical event which aim is to introduce as well as give further insight of how a company works. This time, the visit was paid to PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia in Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. Accompanied by one of the lecturers from IRSP, Ms. Isyana Adriani, students from various batches took part of this visit.

The student was first welcomed Public Affairs Manager of the Company, Mrs. Ratri, which was also become the guide for the visit. The participants first got a deep insight of Coca-Cola through a history video, followed with further explanation regarding both the brand and the company’s successfulness, as now Coca-Cola is the most popular and biggest-selling soft drink, as well as one of the most recognizable brands in the world, and nowadays, products of the Coca Cola Company are consumed at the rate of more than one billion drinks per day.

After that, the visit continued by tour around the company, the participants were able to see the making process of the Coca- Cola products from the very start – and even got free products afterwards. As the final session, the participants had a Question and Answer session with the company, where a lot of questions were being asked, such as internship opportunity in Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia, the strategy of coca cola to survive among tons of competitors, and so on. The visit concluded with a group photo in the Coca Cola Big Tank statue.
